Our Dakar adventure is not limited to those able to ride a bike!

We'll take you in a Buggy to the best spots to watch the rally, stopping at key locations along the route. A complete off-road adventure with overnight stays in hotels and desert camps.

You have the choice to drive the Buggy alone, following the guide's vehicle, or to share it with a friend.

Rally Dakar Program

The Dakar Rally will take place from January 5th to 17th, 2025. A prologue on January 4 will be followed by 14 rally days with 13 days of racing divided into 12 stages, one stage being a 48-hour marathon stage and a rest day.

Buggy Models

We offer latest Buggy models like CFMOTO ZForce, Po.aris RZR, BRP Maverick or similar vehicles. The Buggy can comfortably accommodate up to 2 people, 4-seater Buggy on request.

Driving Level

We run the Buggy tour in a group, but split the route up during the day if not everyone wants to complete the full off-road program. We have different routes available and we can adjust the difficulty and scope of the off-road parts to suit the group's driving experience.

Routes

Our route runs along the race track in the broader sense, we take shortcuts and drive off-road, on desert roads, unpaved roads, but also on asphalt. We will not drive on or cross the rally route and will stop at the official spectator points along the stage. Our daily route length is adapted to the group's riding ability and the day's conditions. We plan to cover 150 to 250 km (100-180 miles) each day. Our route will be a mix of meeting the Dakar Rally, driving through the desert and visiting interesting places. It will be demanding and challenging. There is a guide in the car at the front of the Buggy group. The daily routes are predefined, but are agreed upon in the group and adapted to the route of the Dakar Rally, which we only know the evening before. This is where the real adventure begins.

Accommodation

We'll stay at the beginning of the Dakar, during the rest day in Riyadh and on the final day in a hotel and all the other nights desert camps, where we'll meet the enduro and 4x4 riders and listen to what they have to say. We'll feel like the Dakar rally racers and stay in our own camps in the dunes. The final program depends on the stage plan of the Dakar Rally they will announce only close to the Rally start, that’s one challenge of the Dakar.

Our desert camps in the dunes are simple, but offer all the comforts possible in the desert, basic showers and toilets, we cook our own food and sit together in the evenings around the open fire under the starry desert sky.

Luggage and Equipment Transport, Rescue team

We have all our luggage, gear and camping equipment with us in the Buggy or let it to the service cars. We manage our rescue in the team as part of the adventure. You take your own sleeping bag, mattress and pillow with you, we provide a tent for single use for all participants.

Dakar is a real Adventure

Participating in the Ride Xpower Dakar Adventure means you will feel and push your limits, even if you don't ride as extreme as the racers and Enduro bikers. The Buggy tour is designed to give you a taste of what it means to compete in the Dakar and you will drive in some difficult off-road sections. We'll meet the Dakar racers at the spectator points, but we'll focus on driving an off-road adventure tour.

Final Tour Program

As soon as Dakar Rally presents its 2025 program we will start to plan our Buggy route.
The rally will not announce the day's route and spectator points until late the previous day. Shortly before the start, the racers receive the road book for the next day. We have to anticipate and adjust our routes accordingly - that's part of the adventure, you never know what's going to happen tomorrow, managing it is the adventure of this tour. What we will know are the locations of the rally overnight camps between stages, but not the route taken by the racers.
