The Dakar Rally takes place over 15 days from January 1st to 15th, 2027. A prologue on January 1 will be followed by 13 race days with divided into 11 stages where two are marathon stages over two days and a rest day.

Rally Dakar Program

The Dakar Rally takes place from January 3rd to 17th, 2025. A prologue on January 3 will be followed by 14 race days with divided into 12 stages where two are marathon stages over two days and a rest day.

4x4 Models

We offer latest 4x4 models like Toyota Landcruiser, HiLux, Changan Hunter or similar vehicles from leading Saudi 4x4 rental companies. The 4x4 can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.

Route

We will meet every the Dakar Rally at the start, spectator point along the route and / or the stage final. Our route will be along the race route, but we will take shortcuts and we will not drive on or cross the race track. We will meet the service car at the official spectator points for refueling. Our daily route length is adjusted to the group's riding abilities and the daily conditions.We plan to cover 150 to max. 250 km (100-170 miles) each day. Our route will be a mix of meeting the Dakar Rally, riding through the desert and visiting interesting places. It will be demanding and the extent of the trip and the speed will be agreed upon by the group.Even if you are not an experienced sand driver, you will be able to master the tracks without any problems.

Accommodation in the Camps

We'll stay overnight in our desert camps throughout the tour and we'll feel like the Dakar Rally riders by setting up our own camps in the dunes.More info about the Desert Camp.

Luggage Transport

Your transport your personal luggage in your 4×4 while the camp equipment is transported by the camp team.

Dakar is a real Adventure

Participating in the Ride Xpower Dakar Adventure means you will feel and push your limits, even if you don't ride as extreme as the racers and Enduro bikers. The 4x4 tour is designed to give you a taste of what it means to compete in the Dakar and you will drive in some difficult off-road sections. We'll meet the Dakar racers at the spectator points, but we'll focus on driving an off-road adventure tour.

Tour Program and Safety

The Dakar Rally is a true adventure. Saudi Arabia is a very well-organized and safe country. Ride Xpower tracks its participants with a location system and satellite emergency call function.

The rally will not announce the day's route and spectator points until late the previous day. Shortly before the start, the racers receive the road book for the next day.

We have to anticipate and adjust our routes accordingly - that's part of the adventure, you never know what's going to happen tomorrow, managing it is the adventure of this tour. What we will know are the locations of the rally overnight camps between stages, but not the route taken by the racers.

The daily tour program, the starting order for the Dakar Rally, and the final starting location will be announced at the daily Dakar briefing at approximately 9:30 PM and subsequently shared in the Ride Xpower WhatsApp group. Therefore, the tour program for the following day can only be finalized after the Dakar briefing.

The Ride Xpower team will be in Saudi Arabia throughout December exploring the routes and desert camp locations for the Meet Dakar Tour.

Visit to the Dakar Bivouac

The Dakar allows access to selected bivouacs in the form of a guided VIP tour. Limited day tickets can be ordered exclusively through Ride Xpower.

• Dec 31 - arrival and visit of the Dakar paddock (optional), New Years eve in the desert camp

• Jan 1 - watch the Dakar Prologue and visit the Dakar Bivouac (optional)

• Jan 2 - watch the start, spectator points and the stage final of the Dakar Loop

• Jan 3-8 - adventure tour meeting the Dakar Rally, arrival of the 9-day tour to the final on Jan 8

• Jan 9 - visit the Dakar Bivouac on the Dakar rest day (optional)

• Jan 10-15 - adventure tour meeting the Dakar Rally, departure of the 11-day tour to the start on Jan 10, Jan 15 - visit of the Dakar Bivouac in the evening and attending the ceremony (optional)
